How It Works
Registration
Registration is FREE and easy! Sign up by creating a username and password or login with a personal Gmail or Facebook profile. Once registered, participants can view our weekly auctions that close every Tuesday at 8PM EST. Bidders can save as much as 80% off exciting attractions, hotel stays and more in Florida.

Prior to bidding, a registered participant must have a saved billing address and valid credit card saved on the bidder’s secure account. Florida Vacation Auction only accepts credit cards as payments. If this is not set, participant’s will be redirected to the “My Account” tab to complete this information.
How to Bid
Click the Active Auction tab on the home page to view this week’s available auctions. Bids are placed in $5 or $10 increments depending on auction value and type. Place a bid TWO Ways: BID NOW to enter the next incremental bid amount or MAX BID to place your maximum value bid and the system will bid for you in increments.
If an item is outbid, a notification will be sent to the bidder by email and/or text alert with a link back to the auction. If using MAX BID, the system will automatically enter the next bid and will never exceed your Maximum Bid amount.
When bidding on the Florida Vacation Auction website, bidders are accepting the terms and conditions for that specific auction. Certain auctions that offer private homes or condominiums may have additional charges such as cleaning fees and some hotels require daily resort and/or parking fees, which will be clearly identified in the auction listings prior to bidding.
Winners
Being a winner is easy! When the auction closes, winning bidders will be notified by email and/or text message. The credit card on file will automatically be charged for the winning bid amount along with any applicable state taxes and credit card fees. The receipt of charges will be sent inside a confirmation email to the winner.
At the bottom of the confirmation email will be a section labeled “Voucher Download”. Winners will need to click this link to be able to save and/or print the auction voucher.
Please note, some auction items will be redeemable with this voucher and others will require a hard copy ticket or certificate to be mailed to the winner. This will be specified on the “Voucher Download”. All reservations will be made by the winner directly with the partner.
FVA Vouchers have defined redemption dates per auction, and are non-transferable. Auction items are redeemable for a minimum of 90 days and can be used for up to 6 months or even one year from issue date. Details will be stated inside of the auction listing and will be clearly stated on the Voucher. Individual partners, not Florida Vacation Auction, determine the redemption dates for any voucher therefore, any extensions to the
redemption dates or transferring to a third party are at the discretion of the supplier partner.
Buying Direct
Book your Florida hotel, resort, and attractions from our partners though the Buy Direct tab on the website. This is a great option for those not wanting to participate in the auction process or if wanting the items before the auction ends.
Click on the Buy Direct button and a new window will open directly to the partner’s website to shop for the best available rates and special offers from Florida Vacation Auction. This is also the preferred method if your vacation plans require specific dates as our auction vouchers are subject to availability on a date range.
